A fast, savory keto stir-fry made with tender chicken and sautéed cabbage — simple, filling, and perfect for busy weeknights.
- 1.5 lb chicken breast (thinly sliced)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small green cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional, for finishing)
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook 4–5 minutes until lightly browned.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add sliced cabbage and onion powder to the skillet.
Stir-fry 6–8 minutes until cabbage is tender with lightly caramelized edges.
Add red pepper flakes if using and drizzle with sesame oil if desired.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot.
