A fast, savory keto stir-fry made with tender chicken and sautéed cabbage — simple, filling, and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb chicken breast (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small green cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional, for finishing)

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook 4–5 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add sliced cabbage and onion powder to the skillet.
  • Stir-fry 6–8 minutes until cabbage is tender with lightly caramelized edges.
  • Add red pepper flakes if using and drizzle with sesame oil if desired.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot.
