A rich and fluffy keto chocolate mug cake made in just minutes. This single-serve dessert is low-carb, gluten-free, and the perfect way to satisfy chocolate cravings fast.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil (melted)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Optional

  • 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  • Stir in chocolate chips if using.
  • Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds until cake is set but still slightly soft in the center.
  • Let cool for 1–2 minutes, then top with whipped cream or your favorite keto topping.
