For the Truffle Balls
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup powdered keto sweetener
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
For the Cinnamon Coating
- 1/3 cup powdered keto sweetener
- 1 tsp cinnamon
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
Add almond flour, powdered sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Chill the mixture for 15–20 minutes to firm slightly.
In a small bowl, combine the powdered sweetener and cinnamon for the coating.
Scoop and roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll each ball in the cinnamon-sweetener coating until fully covered.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
