Ingredients

For the Truffle Balls

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup powdered keto sweetener
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For the Cinnamon Coating

  • 1/3 cup powdered keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add almond flour, powdered sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Chill the mixture for 15–20 minutes to firm slightly.
  • In a small bowl, combine the powdered sweetener and cinnamon for the coating.
  • Scoop and roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
  • Roll each ball in the cinnamon-sweetener coating until fully covered.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
