A thick low-carb milkshake blended with vanilla cream and crushed keto chocolate cookies.
- 1 cup ice
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 keto chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Add ice, almond milk, heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add most of the crushed cookies and pulse briefly.
Pour into a chilled glass.
Top with whipped cream and remaining cookie crumbs if desired.
Serve immediately.
