A thick low-carb milkshake blended with vanilla cream and crushed keto chocolate cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 keto chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed)
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions 

  • Add ice, almond milk, heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add most of the crushed cookies and pulse briefly.
  • Pour into a chilled glass.
  • Top with whipped cream and remaining cookie crumbs if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
