This Keto Creamy Dijon Chicken Bake is a classic low-carb casserole made with tender chicken breasts baked in a rich Dijon mustard cream sauce. Smooth, savory, and oven-finished, it delivers comforting flavor without carbs or fillers.
- 2 lb chicken breasts (boneless skinless )
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
