This Keto Creamy Dijon Chicken Bake is a classic low-carb casserole made with tender chicken breasts baked in a rich Dijon mustard cream sauce. Smooth, savory, and oven-finished, it delivers comforting flavor without carbs or fillers.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken breasts (boneless skinless )
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • Arrange the chicken breasts evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the Dijon cream sauce evenly over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce is bubbling and lightly thickened.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the sauce to set.
