Ingredients

For the Casserole

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 can (4 oz diced green chiles)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For Topping

  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, green chiles, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Stir in shredded Monterey Jack, mozzarella, and shredded chicken until fully combined.
  • Spread mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Top with additional Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve warm.
