Classic low-carb deviled eggs with a smooth, creamy yolk filling and a clean, balanced flavor.

Ingredients

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Paprika (for topping)
  • Chopped chives (optional)

Instructions 

  • Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  • Place the yolks in a bowl and mash them until smooth.
  • Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  • Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
  • Top with a light sprinkle of paprika and optional chives.
  • Refrigerate 20 minutes before serving for best texture
