- ½ cup almond flour
- 3 oz mascarpone or cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 oz sugar-free white chocolate (chips or chopped)
- ¼ cup powdered erythritol or allulose
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp rum extract (optional)
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Extra cinnamon or powdered sweetener for dusting
Melt white chocolate and butter together in a small saucepan or microwave until smooth.
Whisk in mascarpone (or cream cheese) until creamy and combined.
