A savory, low-carb holiday stuffing made with toasted keto bread, browned sausage, herbs, and vegetables for the perfect Christmas or Thanksgiving side.
- 6 cups cubed keto bread (toasted)
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 3 celery stalks (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups chicken broth (low-sodium)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp fresh sage (chopped)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary (minced)
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Toast keto bread cubes on a baking sheet for 10–12 minutes until golden.
In a skillet, brown sausage over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onion, celery, and garlic until soft.
Mix toasted bread cubes, sausage, vegetables, and herbs in a bowl.
Whisk broth and eggs together, then pour over the mixture.
Toss gently until the bread absorbs most of the liquid.
Transfer to the baking dish and bake 30–35 minutes until golden on top.
