A creamy keto iced matcha latte made with unsweetened almond milk and sugar-free sweetener. Low-carb, energizing, and antioxidant-rich.
- 1 tsp high-quality matcha powder
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
- 1-2 tsp powdered erythritol (monk fruit, or allulose (to taste))
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Ice cubes
In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth and no clumps remain.
Stir in sweetener and vanilla if using.
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour almond milk over the ice.
Gently pour the matcha mixture on top to create layers.
Stir and enjoy chilled.
