A creamy keto iced matcha latte made with unsweetened almond milk and sugar-free sweetener. Low-carb, energizing, and antioxidant-rich.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp high-quality matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • 1-2 tsp powdered erythritol (monk fruit, or allulose (to taste))
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions 

  • In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth and no clumps remain.
  • Stir in sweetener and vanilla if using.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour almond milk over the ice.
  • Gently pour the matcha mixture on top to create layers.
  • Stir and enjoy chilled.
