Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Season chicken with salt and black pepper.
Cook chicken until golden on both sides and fully cooked.
Remove chicken and set aside.
Add garlic to the pan and cook briefly.
Pour in heavy cream and stir.
Add sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan, oregano, and chili flakes.
Cook until the sauce thickens.
Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
Serve immediately.
