Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Season chicken with salt and black pepper.
  • Cook chicken until golden on both sides and fully cooked.
  • Remove chicken and set aside.
  • Add garlic to the pan and cook briefly.
  • Pour in heavy cream and stir.
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan, oregano, and chili flakes.
  • Cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
  • Serve immediately.
