Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Pat salmon dry and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix sugar-free honey substitute, Dijon, melted butter, vinegar, chili flakes, and garlic powder.
Brush half of the glaze over the salmon fillets.
Bake 10–12 minutes.
Brush salmon with remaining glaze and bake 3–4 more minutes until caramelized.
Serve with lemon wedges and optional parsley.
