Ingredients

For the Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Spicy Honey-Mustard Glaze

  • 3 tbsp sugar-free honey substitute
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

For Serving

  • Lemon wedges
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Pat salmon dry and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, mix sugar-free honey substitute, Dijon, melted butter, vinegar, chili flakes, and garlic powder.
  • Brush half of the glaze over the salmon fillets.
  • Bake 10–12 minutes.
  • Brush salmon with remaining glaze and bake 3–4 more minutes until caramelized.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and optional parsley.
