A refreshing keto strawberry mint cooler with fresh berries, lime, and sparkling water. Low-carb, sugar-free, and perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled)
  • 1 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups sparkling water (unsweetened)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Optional

  • 1 oz vodka or rum for a keto cocktail

Instructions 

  • In a blender, puree strawberries with sweetener and lime juice until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into glasses filled with ice.
  • Add fresh mint leaves and lightly muddle to release flavor.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Garnish with strawberry slices and mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
