A refreshing keto strawberry mint cooler with fresh berries, lime, and sparkling water. Low-carb, sugar-free, and perfect for summer.
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled)
- 1 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 1/2 cups sparkling water (unsweetened)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Optional
- 1 oz vodka or rum for a keto cocktail
In a blender, puree strawberries with sweetener and lime juice until smooth.
Pour mixture into glasses filled with ice.
Add fresh mint leaves and lightly muddle to release flavor.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with strawberry slices and mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
