Ingredients

Salad Base

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cooked turkey breast (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/4 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber

Holiday Dressing

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp granular sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Optional Toppings

  • Extra pecans

Instructions 

  • Add mixed greens to a bowl as the base.
  • Top with sliced turkey, cranberries, toasted pecans, celery, and cucumber.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon, vinegar, sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle dressing over the salad.
