Parfait Base
- 3/4 cup keto-friendly plain yogurt

Warm Cinnamon Maple Topping
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
