Fudge Base
- 1 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp granular sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Gingerbread Spice Mix
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- Pinch of salt
Optional Toppings
- Light cinnamon dusting
- Crushed pecans
- Extra white chocolate drizzle
Line a small dish with parchment paper.
Melt white chocolate, butter, and heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat.
Stir continuously until smooth.
Add sweetener and vanilla; mix well.
