Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 1 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp granular sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Gingerbread Spice Mix

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings

  • Light cinnamon dusting
  • Crushed pecans
  • Extra white chocolate drizzle

Instructions 

  • Line a small dish with parchment paper.
  • Melt white chocolate, butter, and heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir continuously until smooth.
  • Add sweetener and vanilla; mix well.
  • Stir in cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and salt.
  • Pour mixture into the lined dish and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours until firm.
  • Slice into squares and add optional toppings before serving.
