White Chocolate Base
- 1 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
- 2 tbsp crushed sugar-free peppermint candies

Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt white chocolate and coconut oil (or butter) in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
