About

Hi, I’m Thomas. I’m a 40-year-old dad who rebuilt my health by changing how I eat, and that journey is what led to DailyKeto. Everything you find here comes from my own kitchen and the way I genuinely cook at home.

DailyKeto didn’t begin as a brand. It started in my own kitchen at a point in life where I felt constantly worn out. Work, kids, routines. It all added up. I wanted to feel more present and more like myself again, so I began cutting down on sugar and carbs.

In the beginning I had no idea what I was doing. I tried recipe after recipe online, but most of them didn’t work in real life. Some needed expensive ingredients, others were overly complicated, and many just didn’t taste like something I would want to cook again. So I began experimenting on my own.

Those first attempts were rough, but slowly I figured out what actually worked. The turning point was breakfast. Weekend breakfasts mean a lot in my family, and I didn’t want to sit there eating something completely different while my kids had pancakes. I tested mix after mix until I finally made one they genuinely enjoyed. That moment made me realize that low carb cooking didn’t have to feel restrictive.

From there I kept going. I wrote everything down, adjusted, tested again, and eventually I had a growing list of meals that made everyday cooking easier. That small list is what eventually became DailyKeto. Simple meals that fit real life.

Everything on this site is built from that idea. I cook in a normal kitchen with normal ingredients, and I focus on recipes that actually work on busy days, not just in perfect photos. If a recipe doesn’t make sense for real life, it does not end up here.

If you are new to keto or getting back into it, I hope this site makes things easier. I remember how overwhelming it felt at the start. If these recipes help even a little, then DailyKeto is doing what it is meant to do.

Thanks for stopping by
Thomas
